These work well, but are stronger than I anticipated.

I have mild arthritis in my hands. I have started using this exerciser (Light) and notice more movement in my fingers-without pain. This isn't a medical endorsement-just my own personal opinion. I will continue to use it and see how it goes. I imagine consulting with a doctor or physical therapist would be prudent before using-just my opinion.

Not only for hands but each finger has individual flex options. This works well for tired old hands. the price is right too

It's just OK. I bought these because I use them at Physical Therapy and the ones there are significantly higher quality. I'm sure much more in price, but these feel very cheap. They don't operate smoothly either, The plastic digits bump into each other and are not smooth when pushing them.

Great product for the price. A little weak on the build Quality but they work.

My father fractured his right arm and I saw the physio therapist lend one of these to my father. I decided to buy it for him so he can do it on his own. It does the job.
