These work great. The old formula isn’t sold anymore or at least I can’t find it but I felt was better. I take two typically as that seems to have a better effect.

I like this brand and product because (1) USP certified, (2) not super high-potency, (3) does not contain synthetic folate, and (4) reasonable price. Most B vitamin combos contain synthetic folate (my Dr said for me to avoid folate in supplement form), and are super potency, which just makes for expensive urine.

I teach so I take these to help with my immunity. Seems to work fairly well. Easy to swallow.

I always buy nature-made vitamins because they are the only USP certified vitamin producers for the vitamins I take. I can confirm that these are the real thing, they smell exactly as expected, and my urine is nice and yellow already.

I was surprised to get such a potent Vitamin B-Complex in a pill this size.
