This is a very nice, light, flattering and inexpensive dress. As with most evening wear, it runs a little long, but if you are looking to hide some of those mid-section, problem areas, this dress is perfect. I ordered a 16 because my measurements are 12 on top, 16 in the stomach, and 14 in the hips! I usually wear size 12 or 14; probably could have gotten by with a 14, but the 16 fits in those areas that I need to hide.

I normally wear a 10 or small 12, so I ordered a 14 - without using the seller's measurements. I thought if it was a little too big, that would be fine. I was so wrong! This dress easily runs 2 full sizes smaller than listed. If you have any kind of bust at all, and especially if you are a little top-heavy as I am, the outcome is almost obscene. I literally had to do some emergency taping and smashing to make myself presentable. The dress came in a clear plastic bag, and I was a little worried about the quality, but other than the fit it was actually made pretty well. Has a "hidden" zipper matching the color of the dress, pleats and ruffles were all symmetrical. No stray threads. All in all, a decent dress for the price. I may even order from the seller again, just far ahead of my event date. If I had enough time to order the dress earlier, I could have exchanged it for a bigger size and all might have been okay. That's what I get for waiting until the last minute to order!

I am a busty, petite, size 14. I ordered size 16 based on some of the reviews and advice I've seen to order a size bigger. As a result, I had to have a few modifications on the hemline and lift the neckline a bit. Otherwise, it was perfect. The price, color, style, and material is excellent. I have received a lot of compliments on this gown. It is also very comfortable yet elegant.

The dress fits fine. I love that it covers my upper arms and disguises my midriff a bit but it arrived wadded up in a ball in a plastic bag. It is so wrinkled I can't tell if I like it. The fabric is not of good quality but it was cheap so...

I so wish it fit. I ordered a 14 and am a 38C, it wouldn't fit in the bust, I couldn't even get it zippered half way. But the dress was really pretty and surprisingly good quality.

Very pretty but the neck line fits very low making your boobs stick out way too much! Makes dress less classy and a little bimbo-ish.

GREAT DRESS! Color me shocked to find a formal dress online that fit like a glove, was comfortable AND was super affordable. Seriously, it needed no tailoring whatsoever! I'm 5'5" and generally wear a size 12. After reading all the reviews saying it ran small, I bought a size 16 -- and it was perfect! The dark navy was a nice, slimming neutral (and it wasn't just another black dress!). The 3/4 length sleeves were slightly stretchy, breathable and feminine. The draping in the front was very forgiving...even in 105 degree summer heat, which we all know makes everything want to cling. I wore this dress with strappy champagne gold sandals and jewelry. It was simple and elegant. I'll definitely be looking for other offerings from this dress maker.
