Poor quality handle technique (water inside the hollow space)
The handles are inserted over the cup leaving a gap for the water to flow inside the hollow space. If the water gets filled inside while washing, you will always hear it and won't be able to take it out. The handles should be inserted while moulding the cups and not after its complete. Due to the poor manufacturing technique used, the quality is not worth the premium amount they are charging.
