Good for the price and as a started trainer
I bought this trainer to wear to the gym. It is a little tight at first, but as you wear it gets more comfortable. It makes my tummy sweat & I can see that it is definitely helping defining my waist.I like that I can make it tighter if I need too, easy to take off and on & it covers lower tummy and all the way up to below my breasts. I can see this maybe being a problem if you have a longer torso though.Overall, I think it serves it’s function for the price.

Great - read my review for size reference (4 months apart)
I am leaving this as a reference for sizing. I've tried quite a few waist cinchers and have learned what size to get for my body. First, to comment on the quality - I think this is pretty great quality, especially for the price point. It is long, so it fits my body from just under the chest down to below the navel (lower belly). A lot of cheaper cinchers run short and don't cover all the way down where problem areas usually are (most people no matter what size you are, will have a defined waistline). I will say the extra velcro'd cinch is positioned ONLY at the natural waistline and I would much prefer that extra cinch to be located lower toward the low belly coverage. Overall, the quality is quite good and considering the cost this cincher is a really good deal.As for size reference - I am athletically built, but I am also in my 40's and slimming my mid section has become increasingly difficult! I am 5'6" and 150lbs (38-29-40). I've always been pretty heavy for my size and most people don't believe I weigh that much because I am not "big". 50-lbs of muscle weight shows differently that 50-lbs of fat, on the body. I wear about a size 7 dress & pant and I'm a solid Medium (in most clothing items). Having said that - I ordered a size small, and this was based on my previous experience getting cinchers that were medium - I quickly realized mediums were way to big after a short time, for the function and my frame. The cinchers come in 3 levels of hook/loop before you zip. Right now I am hooking at the largest setting (although I'm pretty sure I can hook to the smallest) before zipping. I don't have any issue zipping up. If you're body is similar to mine, get a small. Medium will be too big after a short while.UPDATE - 4 MONTHS LATER - As suspected, I could link to the smallest setting! I almost immediately began linking at the smallest setting and without the velcro strap, this would be too large. I really need an XS now, but unfortunately the smallest size is SMALL. I am still wearing it and cinching using the velcro. This trainer has held up well, my only complaint is this needs smaller sizing options for people who aren't very big but still need cinching benefit.

Not a tight. Size down!
It’s a good trainer but if you want the squeeze definitely size down! I got my waist size and it’s a light compression fit but not a good squeeze. It’s very breathable and helps my posture. It also takes the pressure off my low back. I just wish I sized down.

On the smaller side, so had to go up a size or two
I ordered 2. The first one was too small, so I ordered a 3XL which isn’t the size I wear in shirts. It was also hard to get on.Once I got it on and zipped it up, it was comfortable. I put my Sweet Sweat waist trainer over it.I do wish they were longer because I have an apron belly and has to put my other waist trainer on to cover my stomach.I ordered the XL first based off of other people’s reviews and my measurements and it didn’t work. I’m keeping it so I can wear it when my 3XL is too loose.I’m 211 lbs. have a 42 or 46 inch waist and I’m 5’3”However, I also have diastasis recti and an umbilical hernia, which causes my stomach to protrude out more.I’m down 60 pounds from my heaviest weight, and wanted a new waist trainer.I’ll add pictures when I take some and if I’m able to, I’ll update my review.I zipped up the bottom and then put it on like a shirt. Over my head etc. Then I zipped it up and closed the clasps. It wasn’t too tight, has a little stretch to it, and I wore it out in public for 4-5 hours without any discomfort. It didn’t help my back pain, but may in the future if I wear it more often.I needed more support after having a major GI surgery 8 weeks ago no didn’t want an abdominal binder, but wanted an actual waist trainer or corset.I can honestly say this is my favorite waist trainer besides my Sweet Sweat one. That one I love the most, but it’s not tight enough anymore.

comfortable and functional
I got a medium, and it was very snug at first, but once I broke it in, it fits very well, and it's also very comfortable to wear all day. It also does what you expect from it and makes you sweat (I wear it while playing beatsaber).

Great Fit & Support — Just Be Sure to Measure First!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Fit & Support — Just Be Sure to Measure First!I made the mistake of ordering a size Large based on what I usually wear, not the size guide. Big mistake — it didn’t come close to fitting. The fasteners were way off, sitting on either side of my waist. I returned it, measured myself properly, and the chart said I needed a 3X. That felt like it might be too big, so I ordered a 2X instead. The 2X fits snug but comfortable on the loosest setting. For reference, I’m 5’9”, 200 lbs, and wear a size 14/15 in pants. I haven’t worn it for a workout yet, but just wearing it around the house I can feel the support, especially in my posture. I’m planning to use it during workouts to target my lower belly area after having two kids. Hoping with consistent use, plus diet and exercise, I’ll see the results I’m looking for.Lesson learned: measure yourself and follow the size guide

Good option and quality material
I love this waist trainer. It’s a corset and waist strap combined. I just had a baby a few months ago and my core is extremely weak. I needed something to help me feel secure while supporting my core. I bought a large which was tight when I first put it on, but it’s supposed to be. The more I wear it the better it fits but never gets uncomfortable. I try to wear it a few hours a day while doing things that require mindless core like dishes, vacuuming, laundry etc. I plan to use it when I am back at work to help with my posture. It is a thick material and can make you sweat, but machine washes easy. I did not dry in the dryer to help maintain the Velcro.
