Will this make my knuckles tougher?

Yes, this is one of the best bags I have. It works really well for the purpose. Will definitely buy again.

can i fill this with foam thats inside pillow case? i want it to have some volume wood shaving is flat

Hi, Thank you for your follow. Yes, you can. If you want to get a better feel, we don't advise you to fill it. Have a good time.

is this loud when you hit it? im gonna setup it up in bungee cord

It is not loud but I dont have it set up on a bungee cord but up against a wall. Also would depend on how hard youre hitting it, how rapid in succession and where you have it located. I have mine in a basement so that also has to be considered.

i live in apartment is this loud to hit? if i setitup in bungee cords

It is not, thank you for your follow.
