Does this give a fireball taste to vodka or whisky? If so how much would I need to use in a liter bottle?

Accepted Answer

Having never tasted Fireball whisky we cannot vouch for the taste.  Besides fireball whisky uses Cassia Cinnamon and also has sweeteners and propylene glyco which may give it a unique taste. If you decide to use this oil, the mixing ratio is between 4-12 drops per liter. But always start with only 4 drops and see what the taste is like. Also remember this pure Ceylon Cinnamon Bark Oil is pretty hot and also a little sweet (it does  not have sugar but tastes sweet and hot).  This Oil will also drop your blood sugar levels, so it is best to start with only 4 drops and increase to a maximum of 12 drops depending on your preference.  We are thinking the taste might be even better than the fireball Whisky formula, but would not stake our reputation on the outcome though.  All we can say is that this  is the best quality real Cinnamon Bark Oil you can buy.

Question 2

How much would I need to use for it to be considered a "serving?"  I am making a batch of 100 servings of tea and want to get the formula correct. .

You can put  between 1-3 drops per serving. However 3 drops maybe too much. as it may lower your blood sugar levels too much. In our opinion 1.5 drops per serving is best. That gives it a nice taste without over powering the tea.

Question 3

Has anyone used this to flavor tea leaves and if so, how would you recommend doing so?

Absolutely you can use it  to flavor tea. We already put it in our premium black tea. Just one drop only because this is extremely potent. You can put 2 maybe 3 drops if you wish, but that might be way too spicy and drop your blood sugar levels too much, leaving you light headed. At one drop it is just perfect, with an aroma and taste that is so satisfying and a feeling of it cleaning up your system and improving digestion which you will feel about an hour later. This works only with black tea and not green tea. We tried it with green tea and taste combination is not good. But with black tea it is fantastic.

Question 4

Can i use in rice pudding? If so, how much is equal to a tsp. Of powder? The powder floats to the top when i bake my custard.

Accepted Answer

We have never used the oil in a rice pudding, but feel it might be a great idea.  No guarantees on the final taste though. The Oil might taste slightly different to powder or it might evaporate somewhat when you bake the custard. Th process is like using Vanilla essence in the sense that some of it will obviously evaporate via aroma and you would use it sparingly just like Vanilla   If you do use then an equivalent in teaspoons would be 2-3 drops.  That is an approximate because it is hard to directly correlate a teaspoon of powder with a teaspoon of Ceylon Cinnamon Bark Oil. Our Bark oil is extremely strong, so you have  to use sparingly. One thing for sure, the aroma you will get will be unbelievably nice.
