I use this on ground meat wherever tomato paste is called for or in any Mexican meal.

If you cook once or twice a day , this cooking base is a must have, I add it to almost everything I cook , it gave a great texture and flavor to the meal, the only down 👎 is the size of the jar , it's small I used in 2 days and it's finished 😆

Great flavor and low in sodium but be mindful that this has pork in it (bacon and ham). If you are avoiding these meats then the green is the better option, a great flavor with low sodium minus the swine.
