It helps but takes awhile to work but my body is different !!!

I have tried dozens and dozens of bacterial probiotics and this one is at the top of my list. Last month when I could not get my usual probiotic on Amazon because they were back ordered I tried Swanson Lactobacillus plantarum. It outperformed my usual brand! Now everyone’s DNA and gut biome is different. So one type may help one person and not another. You have to try different strains. This one has been the best for me. I do not even have to add a pre-biotic like Gundry’s powder! One capsule at bedtime on an empty stomach with one gulp of water and the next morning, viola! If you need a little more help take it with the Gundry powder and Wolfgang Puck‘s black bean soup all for dinner. If that doesn’t fix you try Bifido Bacillus strains or B. coagulans strains. L. Plantarum is the best for me and Swanson has the best potency for me. I could not be happier!

Amazing supplement and company

Medical research literature identifies this as a helpful probiotic, but it's hard to tell if it significantly contributed to improvement. At least, it did no harm.
