I bought this mat for my son to use for athletics circuit training on a hard gym floor. He uses it for sit ups and push ups and being lovely and thick it really cushions his back against the solid gym floor.He would love to use it at karate when he does 75 sit ups on a solid floor but that's a different story.He has used it about 6 times now and no signs of wear so definitely worth the money as it gets thrown in the back of the car and kicked around a lot.

Useful deep mat for home exercise practice. Good support for side work. Rolls up small. Useful bag for storage also holds bands and small head block. Great value.

I bought this for my daughter who has health problems. She has told me that it is really comfortable on her joints. It is much thicker than a standard thin yoga mat so ideal for her physio exercises.

It looks like good quality, but I need to see how it perform over a couple of months.It's a shame that it didn't come with the removable strap. The bag it comes with it's extremely plasticly and noisy.
