Great coffee! Not bitter at all and when received was very fresh. Smelled great while brewing. It is a tad on the strong side, but that is a personal preference. Have purchased a couple bricks of these and will continue to purchase. Decently priced for the brick too.

Taste good but just too fine for AeroPress. Looking for an alternative to Cafe Bustello due to price increases but though it tastes as good, it simply does not perform as well as Bustello in my AeroPress. Too much slug. Photo was dregs using new paper filter in AeroPress.

After my usual espresso jumped significantly in price I searched for a much more economical alternative. I make my own Nespresso pods & this $5 bag surprised me! I like Turkish coffees, deep dark flavor with body to it…thicker than a normal coffee. This certainly got the bill & at $5! However, after several months of ordering this coffee at $5 a bag, the price just went up to $13 for a 10 oz bag! Unfortunately I will be searching for a more economical alternative. But the coffee is amazing if you like deep dark strong espressos!!

It was delicious coffee, but now the price has quadrupled, and i don't know why.

I'm experimenting with pre ground espresso coffees for use in my Mokka pot and this brand, popular in Cuba,is excellent.If you're a fan of full bodied robust blends then this is for you

If you want a wake-up-and-face-the-day drink of java, this is the one! I make it in our Moka Pot. This is a great brand!

I've bought this on and off in the same packaging size for a while, but the last batch was absymal in terms of quality -- overly burnt with no depth that produced drain water in the cup, quite unlike previous packs and despite numberous attempts to vary the brew weight. It'd be nice to have a consistent, and even better, a consistenty good product, and I'm afraid I'm done with this one.
