Mehron Makeup Clown White - 2.25 oz, Full Coverage Cream Face & Body Paint

I was really impressed with this white clown face paint! The color is bright, highly pigmented, and provides excellent coverage with just one layer. It goes on smoothly, dries evenly, and lasted for hours without cracking or smudging. It was easy to apply and just as easy to remove with soap and water. Perfect for Halloween, cosplay, parties, or professional clown makeup. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality white face paint.

I loved this clown white and it goes along way. Maybe looks to come and probably gonna stock up on these for sure. Transfers when you touch but doesn’t pick up makeup if that makes sense? I’m not worried if water hit it either. Doesn’t really come off without excessive rubbing. I use an oil based makwup romper so comes off fine in the shower.

I used this makeup for a Pennywise costume and it worked exactly as I needed. It covered my face thoroughly. It was difficult to get it off at the end of the night.

I’ve never used any kind of special effects/art makeup, so this was my first experience with it. My friends and I were in a production of the Addams Family as Ancestors and had fo paint our hands and face almost 20 times. The product is a little tricky to work with. I originally tried using a brush to apply it, but it skips and is extremely hard to smooth out completely. However, a wet beauty sponge worked absolute wonders! It helped the product really marry into the skin and applied it wonderfully. It was fully opaque with very little product, and had no streaks. The product is a very thick, almost waxy consistency and is very heavy on the skin, it needs generous amounts of powder in order to set matte. While the consistency may not have been the best for application, it was amazing for staying power. Our characters were dancing for almost the entire two-hour show, and even my excessive sweating did not cut through the make up. Other forms of make up applied pretty well on top of the powdered white . I was able to use eyeshadow in order to contour my face, and was even able to do normal eyeshadow on my eyes. If applying to the hands like we did, I definitely recommend using baby powder to set it, as it can work a little bit sheer and ashy on the hands. The product does also have a slight fragrance, I can’t really explain it other than make up smell, but it is not that strong and dissipates on the face. Once powdered down, the product is a little bit hard to remove. I would recommend using some form of cream or balm in order to remove it, not just make up wipes. I have pretty sensitive skin, and even with Ponds cold cream, my skin was a little bit irritated after removal. No rash or anything, but I was just a little bit red from the rubbing. Overall I think this is definitely a great product for stage make up and performers, there’s just a little bit of a curve to it.

The cream is very well pigmented and applies without having to layer it more than like twice for a solid white! It is kinda smudgy but that can be fixed with a good setting powder and setting spray after your full look is completed!

Purchased based on positive reviews and was not disappointed. Teen used for cosplay at a convention -- and the makeup looked good (nice coverage), and had decent staying power even through sweat and a long day. Removed fairly easily with a soapy washcloth.

I got the name of this product after watching a YouTube video of Gene Simmons giving a tutorial of how to apply KISS face make-up. It worked great. It was full coverage, and very white once applied. It was not transparent at all like a lot of white halloween make-up that is sold. It was not dry or cakey, and did not crack. It was kind of thick, and tacky, but if you need full opaque coverage I reccommend this (As does Gene Simmons himself). It was a bit difficult to get off. I had to wipe it off (A couple of times) with pre-moistened Wet-Ones wipes, and then try to wash off the rest with soap. My skin was a little irritated afterward... I think mostly form having to wipe a lot. My skin was fine after that. It ultimately did the job for my costume as Paul Stanley Form KISS. Great effectiveness. Was easy to apply.

Covers good and has good size and pigment but it doesn't dry, and you have to buy their powder and makeup remover to use it fully which can cost more than expected all together, not worth it

great face paint!! does the job for my goth makeup looks and you get a lot of use for its cost, ive had no issues getting it off my face using micellar water
