There is a youtube video I would recommend watching before tackling this handle replacement. Very informative about how to remove the door panel. SUGGESTION: Have a second person to assist only for holding the glass in place when you are putting the interior panel back together. Also, look at the replacement electrical connection, this will allow you to understand how the connection is released.All bolts are 10mm, so I used an electric drill, equipped it with a 3 inch extension which speeds the time immensely.Only gave 3 stars for thickness, not because of the replacement part, simply because it is a poor design from the manufacturer.

Great price for a good product. Husband and 14 yr old son installed in a reasonable amount of time after helpful YouTube videos! Thank you! Button prefers keys to be closer than original handle but I don't mind (example: I used to have keys in left pocket and have my right side towards the door but now in order to unlock pressing door button on handle, the keys would need to be on the right side). Would purchase again

This doesn't last long. Key hole cover popped off a week later. Doesn't fit right. It gets stuck when pulling open and have to push it back in before getting into my car or else I cannot open my door from the inside. Took the guy in the shop longer to install because it had a miss fit.

It works like the original at a fraction of the cost. Installation was a bit but doable in an afternoon. Strongly recommend.

I ended up finding the piece that I thought was missing, so that's nice. I suppose this part is pretty good. I didn't have the best luck installing it which isn't the part makers fault. Really I'm mostly mad at Nissan for using such a cheap door handle to begin with. I can tell that the passenger handle is starting to get weird as well. I bought this car used so its completely possible that the last door handle was also a replacement part and they likely went super cheap on it, just like I'm doing and that's why it broke. It's below freezing where I live and this door handle cannot keep up with that, it just snapped like a twig, right off. so watch out for that.
