It’s a good sweetener and it seems to be good for diabetics… NO bad aftertaste.
It dissolves easier than crystals as some are.. it won’t spike your blood sugar. I think it taste better than regular sugar.. and I’ve been using it this sugar for a long time… no aftertaste… it’s also said to be good for teeth..

OK, now, this tastes like sugar! (DONT LET YOUR DOG NEAR IT)
Finally! A sugar substitute, that's human-healthy mind and doesn't have an aftertaste. I'm on Keto and IF & I love my morning Joe dark roast. Problem was I could not find a low carb sweetener that I liked. (I've been doing this for 45+ years, so I know a thing or two ;). Then I read about this, monk fruit and another one as 'sugar alcohols' which don't show up as carbs. This one has all ZERO's.... calories, carbs, etc. My coffee was great! It tasted like I was just using sugar. I did more research & found out that Xylitol is actually GOOD for you! Good for your gums (it starves the plaque building bacteria in your mouth), an anti-inflammatory agent, and it might be good for the digestion/gut. (and a host of other things). It's TOXIC to DOGS!... just a tiny bit is Fatally Toxic! I had no stomach issues from it and had 4 teaspoons the 1st day. (They say it might give you diarrhea, but not for most people.)

Solution to Keeping My Sweetooth Under Control
I am trying to avoid refined sugar in my diet; however, there are times when I like a little sweetener in my tea and coffee, but I don't want the blood sugar spike that accompanies refined sugar, honey, and even agave. The texture of this brand of Xylitol is grainier than table sugar, which is no big deal because it dissolves easily, and I don't get that gross sugary coating on my teeth or mouth like with refined sugar. The taste is more mild than refined sugar (not sickeningly sweet), but it sweetens enough to satisfy my sweetooth. I am amazed that it comes from birch bark. The calorie count is only 10 per tsp verses 50 for regular sugar. I have not tried other brands of Xylitol, but this Anthony's brand is a win for me. I even had a package sent to my daughter who also has a sweetooth and is cutting down on refined sugar. Yes, it's definitely costlier than table sugar, but since I use it sparingly, I am okay with paying that price; I'm sure the process of converting it from tree bark is more complicated than from sugar cane. Besides, the less sugar I ingest, the less I crave it. Try it! I think you'll like it.

Fine xylitol
Much fine and smoother than other xylitol powder I have bought in the past. It seems to be very good quality. Perfect for making DIY tooth paste powder DIY

Tastes exactly like sugar…but pricey
This xylitol sweetener is a fantastic sugar alternative, offering a natural, low-calorie option with a pleasant, clean taste. It’s great for baking and sweetening beverages without the aftertaste of some other substitutes. However, its higher price point makes it a bit costly for everyday use. Ideal for those who prioritize quality and health benefits.

Tastes good, good for your bones & teeth but wait there's more!
The taste is comparable to regular sugar. But PLEASE don't make the same mistake that I did in thinking it had the benefits without consequences. Nothing in life comes free my friends! I made my coffee this morning and added a few teaspoons of this and went on my merry way. Later, I went to get a coffee refill and put another teaspoon to my not quite empty cup. About an hour or so later...my stomach is making some weird noises to the point I wasn't sure if it was coming from me or not. I'm working from the office but our bathroom is all the way down a very long hall. I sat there, contemplating my life choices. (Because I wasn't sure if I would make it there or not.) After a brief internal discussion & begging with my tummy and sphincter that if they helped me out I would find a way to be better to them, I made the most awkward speed walk to the facilities. I made it, thank you sweet baby Jesus! Some warnings: - this is best in very small doses, so you don't think you're going to die. I kno everywhere you read says it's a 1:1 ratio but whoever came up with that is lying and secretly plotting your death by embarrassment. I would start with less than half to say how your stomach handles it. (If it jacks you up, try Stevia. I've been using stevia for months and never had THIS issue) - I wouldn't say it was painful, but definitely paranoid from the noise and the risk of not making it. - strongly recommend being near a bathroom the first few times u try this, while your body adapts :) - if you have problems "going", put a few teaspoons of this in your coffee and it'll clean you right out! Sweetens the coffee just fine. I bought it because I read it's good for your teeth & bones. A little pricey but considering the health benefits, it's worth it I guess. I bought the bag so I'm going to use it. I'll be more careful going forward. I may or may not bake cakes and cookies for people on my $#it list....

Using it to Whiten Teeth & improve gum line, & I think it's good!
This is my first time to use Xylitol for whitening teeth. I understand there's a gum & toothpaste, but I thought I'd try this product. I like the taste, it is surprisingly sweet like sugar. First I brush my teeth with baking soda & scrape my tongue with the BreathRx tongue scraper (which is the very best). Then I just put 1/4 tsp of this Xylitol in my mouth & swoosh it around for a minute. Then I brush with the watery-ness created in my mouth. I feel like it is taking my teeth to a higher level of clean. Now my teeth feel like I just came back from the Dentist Cleaning. (Secret: Try using a q-tip to go over your teeth & you'll be amazed at how smooth it will feel!) I hear Xylitol can restore your gum line, which I'm hopeful for. And it's supposed to make your teeth white as well. I like the product so far, & feel hopeful for the results. Highly recommend!

Great sugar replacement.
I use this in my baking. I cannot have any sugar so this works out great. I learned awhile back that xylitol can be made from corn also which I did not know when I first began using it. I also cannot have corn so that form of xylitol gave me problems. I was very happy to find Anthony's Xylitol because it is made from Birch and doesn't cause any problems for me.

Disappointed the price went up, but even more that the product hasn't been available for ages. When does it come back?

Excellent for teeth and sinuses. I use it for oil pulling, sinus rinses and of course for teeth. Put a pinch in yoghurt every day as well as swilling in the mouth. Will keep buying this.

I am trying to get healthier and reduce my sugar (or at least use healthier sugars) - Anthony's Xylitol Sweetener is great!! I use it in my coffee - it tastes just like caster sugar and is much better for me!! I will definitely buy again, I just hope I can find a cheaper/better value option!!

I love this stuff. I use it to replace sugar in recipes (one for one), and I also mix it with molasses to make a fantastic "brown sugar" for coffee.

This is the best sugar substitute I found that has no bitter aftertaste. I’ve tried everything to stevia to monk fruit but this was the only sugar alternative that really sweetens and doesn’t alter the taste of food and drinks.
