This is a basic snap closure web belt, very secure - no slipping when tightened, and vet easy to adjust for smaller size as needed. Comfortable to wear, and lightweight material and buckle. Best of all this actually -is- made of cotton flat woven material. No exposed poly/nylon, and none spun into the cotton weave. I must point out that this is a flat hollow braid cotton over a stiffer (porbably) polyester form, but unless you cut and test as I did, you will never notice the synthetic. I actually cut this way down to go around my wrist or arm to makee a band for my Dexcom CGM, took all of five minutes and paired with a Belton holster works fantastic. Thank you Mile High! I have three of these now and use them all the time. Once you lock them down, they stay put. My old belts were the loop type, like the straps on a helmet and they came lose all day long, very annoying. These come with plenty of extra belt so you can cut them down to size easily with a scissor and use a lighter to gently melt the edge. The only thing I didn't like was the metal end on the belts that slid thru the buckle and gave it a finished look. That end kept digging into my side while driving or sitting. I ended up cutting them off and heating the end to keep it from fraying. I was still having some discomfort with the corners even after I cut off the metal piece, because the material gets very stiff when you heat it up. I ended up tapering the ends, see the pic, and heating them and now no more jabbing in my side. I will be buying a couple more.

Nice material and the buckle design / functional good.

I bought 5 of these belts. They are very long and can be cut to fit. The material is very tightly woven which makes them well made and durable. The buckle is what you would expect. Not heavy duty but more than acceptable. The belts are wide. There are some pants that you have to work the belt through the loops. Again, more than acceptable. I purchased some belts with a contrasting color stripe woven in. They really look sharp. I am very happy with these belts. In the past I had purchased woven belts at flea markets. I liked them but they are no where near the quality of these belts.

Belt came frayed and damaged. Requested a replacement.

The belt is nice and wide, easy to cut to size. The buckle doesn't snap shut like others I have of this type, so it flails around when you take your pants off.
