Great product.

Absolutely love this product. It has been a game changer in that I am able to take my dog anywhere. It is effective. The collar is waterproof so I can take him fishing without worrying about being in the water. Recharge function is fantastic- never have to replace a battery.

Durable, adjustable, loud beep and vibration levels. Sometimes it did not work, but that could be user error (dog has thick fur).

We took in an older dog that has anxiety from his past, combine that with uncertainty and three other pup brothers and we quickly learned that this device was going to be something that we needed. We tried the non shock devices, and they just plain didn’t work. This device was a life changer. Most times we use the vibrate mode as a code to him that barking isn’t needed at this particular time, since we don’t want him to lose his “protection voice “ we limit ourselves to only using the collar when it appears warranted. We lost the remote to the original collar we ordered , and after a few weeks of not being able to find it we decided to purchase another , having that collar as a backup. I was sad when it arrived cut, meaning someone must have returned it after putting it on their smaller dog. I emailed the company but haven’t heard back on anything. With that being said, I would purchase again and continue to purchase because of the product itself. So far the customer service id say has been less than my liking.

I got this almost 4 years ago when I first got my dog and it’s still working great! Battery life is on point, training was SO easy with my dog using this, and it’s held up so well! I taught my dog to be off leash using this and we are able to get a good distance away and have it still work. She gets SOOOOO excited to put it on, as you can see from the video!

This is the first collar I've found that my Malinois didn't break within one week. It's now been a year and the original collar part is still holding up well. Unfortunately the remotes don't last long. After a few months they stop holding a charge. I'm on the third collar in 11 months!

I purchased this for use with my Siberian husky and most other shock colors don’t work through that for this one on the other hand works perfectly is able to form a good contact and after using only once I no longer need to use anything other than sound for training purposes, the best part is, is that even in the small chance that my dog gets out of my yard or out of range for an audible sound I have been able to use this to get his attention from across a field and have them come back. I would definitely recommend this product and will probably be purchasing a few more very shortly for some of my other larger dogs.

We had this and it worked for a while, had a few settings, vibrate, sound and shock The shock had enough range that it went from so soft it was unnoticeable, to very noticeable with still a few more levels to go before the highest. We never had to use it more than a few levels up from the first. Says its waterproof and we did use it for swimming a few times, and it didn't seem to initially mess it up. After about a year and a half of owning it, it stopped turning on. The remote still works, but the collar is totally broken, and won't turn on. So I wouldn't recommend it because it didn't last very long, but while it worked, it was nice.

Item received is not the same as described and different from pictures. It looks very close but not exactly the same item described. I think it is just a copy of the original product. there is no logo or brand name as in the description and pictures. The most important it has no static shock as described also. Only vibration and beep modes. the static shock button is replaced by a 'light' button which just turn on a very small LED which is useless. I would accept that if price is good, but it is still expensive.

Excellent best one so far. I have had other ones that don’t really work. I have a big shepherd that I rescued and barks at every thing. But when I put this on anymore not a peep.

I love this collar! My dog responded immediately to the vibration. We use the tone to give a warning, then vibrate. I didn't even have to use the shock feature, since he responds well with the vibration on a 9 setting. Very impressed with the range and quality of this product. Highly recommend.

Our large German shepherd worse this for probably close to 2 years before it finally quit on us. We have a lake in our backyard that he swims in daily, so it's surprising that it took nearly 2 years for it to have damage. Would have purchased again, but it was not available when I needed it. Battery life was good, the collar itself was great quality and the range was excellent.

we use the beep and very occasionally the vibrate. Never the other.
