Great soup packet
I have a Filipino friend who's mom made sinigang and it was so good. I got these to make it myself. I think it did the job. It tasted very similar.

A delicious and easy to use soup base
I like how easy it is to make sinigang with these packets. You can make a great tasting meal fast. These packets are not sweet or spicy or salty or bitter. They’re a bit tart because of the tamarind. You can always add more or less water if you want to adjust the tartness. The packets came nicely packaged in a plastic bag sealed. They last a good amount of time. They have a mid 2027 expiration date. However, they won’t last that long in my house. The price was the best compared to other sellers at the time of purchase.
