Much too dark
I have been colouring my hair with very light blonde colour, shade no.9, for a long time but this is the first time lve used this brand. It is much darker than it should be, l would call it dark blonde and it doesn’t suit me at all. Very disappointing.

Nice product wrong color again
After previously buying this product which ended up being the wrong color (9base) I went with another company to purchase supposidly the right tone (9/60) lightest blonde violet, its come through as a base color again! I love wella illumina but c'mon this is the 2nd time I've bought this particular tone and both times I've received the wrong color where its been clearly advertised as 9/60. It's now cost me more than £35 for 2 tubes of color which I didn't need. Not happy

Slightly Misleading product title and Damaged Packaging
The advertising make this product appear as though it was 9/60, but it is just 9. The parcel arrived and the Wella Cardboard Boxes were ripped from the top and damaged but the product itself seemed to be unaffected.
