Not as good as the Eufy 11
I dont normally write reviews but felt compelled to on this. We had a Eufy 11 and that was a great little hoover, it merrily made it's way around our hard floors cleaning the hair tumble weeds from our sheep dog and labrador. It was a genuine game changer because we only had to hoover properly once or twice a week and just got rid of the clumps of hair. It died because my 3 year old sat on it. I debated buying a top end one but thought since the Eufy 11 did a good job I'd give another one a go. Its specs are better and it's a newer generation with WiFi, I like gadgets! But I'm just genuinely disappointed, main things worse than the 11: 1 - The bar clogs constantly! And I mean constantly where as the 11 just handled the same job. 2- It doesnt seem to be able to fit as much into it's bin. 3 - main issue, it's slightly more intelligent but it doesn't actually go into the corners or pick up as well, the 11 used to just merrily bump into more things so it got right into the corners and into everything. This tries to be smarter and senses things but means it just misses clumps of hair the 11 would have got. I'll probably replace it with a more expensive one now with AI like the Deebot Ozmo 960. Shame.

fragile, noisy, poor customer service
I bought this product in Jan 2020 and by April it wasn't working at all. I was pleased at the start, it was quiet and roamed around my flat randomly cleaning, bumping, turning, cleaning etc. It started making a pretty round noise before long, and soon stopped charging all together. I contacted AnkerDirect on Amazon Marketplace who said to clean the contacts to get it to charge. I'd already done this so support didn't really help, but then on it's own seemingly, it started to charge again. But the noise it was making didn't go away. I figured out that the noise was coming from one of the two spinners. It wasn't turning smoothly like the other one, and I could feel it grating as I turned it by hand. Clearly the spinner was damaged inside the unit, it feels somehow partially disconnected compared to the other one. I tried to contact support again to complain about his noise once more but got no answer. More recently, the brush on the noisy spinner keeps falling off, and again I have contacted AnkerDirect on Amazon Marketplace and am still awaiting a response. I won't be buying one of these again. Mostly because of my experience of their support. I understand that some units will fail, but I expect the company to replace them instead of totally ignoring me.

Fantastic vacuum until 13 months in, extremely weak front wheel broke
This vacuum has been fantastic and works very well, when it works. Ours is 13 months old and sadly the front wheel broke off. There is an extremely thin part of the spindle that attaches it that has snapped (itโs about 3mm thick steel at the thinnest point, taking all the force of the spinning wheel). The part is easily replaceable but neither Eufy or other places sell the exact wheel in the UK (they do in the US so clearly have identified a need for the spare part). Support has been pretty poor so far, just receiving an email saying that they cannot help and they donโt know when the part will be sold in the UK. So I now have a vacuum that does not work and no solution as of yet. I will update the ticket if Eufy provide some decent support and help find a solution. Very sad as it was a brilliant vacuum until it broke.

โSmartโ.....very very dumb robot
I was so excited to get this vacuum and it was my first smart robot vacuum. So like many people I tried to research as much as I could and picked this one. Unfortunately I am not impressed at all. In the first few days the robot has been randomly stopping in the middle of the room stating it is stuck even though there is no blockage and very thin carpet. When it does work the robot just bounces around in such a random order where you can see it just doing the same spot over and over while missing obvious things it should be picking up. I understand people saying that if you do it on a regular basis, after 3 or 4 times itโs probably going to get the whole floor but I really donโt think this is the case. When opening the box I found it comes with a remote control allowing you to manually control the robot however if you are actively making the effort to move it from stain to stain at its very slow pace, itโs much quicker just to do it yourself. Also bare in mind that the remote is RF and not Bluetooth so you need a line of sight. It will not work when the robot is in another room or under the sofa etc. I understand people have their budgets and this may be the reason they pick this just as I did however after experiencing this product, I would honestly say get one that maps the room or donโt bother. I have written to Eufy regarding the robot stopping and also battery just randomly dying after a few minutes and their response times are so slow. I feel Iโm just going to return it and go with a different brand.

Ok Product, terrible customer service
The product is ok, no real complaints on that side. Customer service however leaves a lot to be desired. Our Eufy broke down after 2 months, it just stopped charging. Contacted customer service via Amazon who were helpful and they gave me some helpful troubleshooting but it didn't resolve the issue. When I asked for a replacement the tone changed and suddenly I was made to jump through hoops. I have to email them multiple times and chase a response. They made me record multiple videos of the unit not functioning which had to be emailed to them. They dragged their heels for the entire process. Begrudgingly they finally accepted that they would take the unit back for review but I had to pay the shipping costs. They said despite their size as a firm they had no free shipping returns set up in the UK. So it was at my cost to send it back and they would make a judgement on the item when they received it. Considering how heavy the item is (and thus the cost of postage) and their customer service highlighting that a replacement was unlikely, I decided to not throw more money after bad. Especially considering I would have to pay again to even get the unit back to me when and if they fixed it. So its a good product overall if the battery worked then I would have no complaints but customer service means you wont get a refund if something goes wrong and communication is very difficult. I would suggest if you still want one pick it up from a local store and make sure the refund policy is good and that it can be returned to the store directly. Disappointing overall and I will avoid the company in the future.

Scamazon and truly shocking manufacturer
Product arrived DOA ( Dead on Arrival) customer service from both amazon and eufy are shocking to say the least.. 3 days its took to be told eufy engineers need to look in to this.m I'm sorry but this is a joke.. Can't get a refund because the product jumped up to 269.99 FYI I paid ยฃ189.99 Promised call backs never happened was really looking forward to this as my brother in law has on but not this one.. His works great. Stay clear and if ur buying buy from someone direct from amazon as they could of helped me but because it was eufy thought amazon they basically rufuse to help.. Been an avid user of amazon for number of years.. Really regretting my choice now.. Flashed orange then goes red light.. ( dead battery) seen it all over the internet yet still took 24 for them to admit its dead. I will update with further feedback 9 days after delivery. Felt with manufacturer admitted fault sent replacement battery yet I received a replacement brush guard. So because they show its been dealt with case closed... Spoke to amazon. Gave ยฃ30 gift refund as a way of sorry.. Disgraceful. DO NOT BUY.. Once working tested with another battery I bought its a great robot. Just a shame scamamazon would only refund the battery I bought not the defective robot..

Didn't go back to station making it useless!
This was bought as a gift for a family member. I have a eufy of my own, the higher cost one with boundary strips. I loved it so much I bought this one as a gift. As these are designed to be used without human controls the fact it can't even charge itself makes the whole thing pointless. Highly dissapointed as it still costs ยฃ200 and isn't a cheap toy! Really dissapointed and I will be having to send it back, definitely a failed present in my eyes. I have attached a video showing it not returning to its base. I carried the same test out 15 times and it managed to get back on its base once!!! Very surprising as Anker/eufy usually have great items that are high quality.

Promising idea, flawed execution. In the end I returned and replaced with RoboRock Qrevo S5V
I really wanted to like the Eufy E25, and on paper itโs an excellent concept. After several weeks of use, however, I ultimately returned it and replaced it with the RoboRock Qrevo S5V, which has worked far better for my home. The differences between the two made the Eufyโs shortcomings much harder to ignore. The main reason for returning the E25 was the mop drying system. Even on the standard drying setting, the roller never fully dries. Over time this leads to a persistent musty smell after mopping, and it genuinely starts to feel like the robot is spreading a thin film of mildew rather than cleaning the floor. This became noticeable within a month. After switching to the RoboRock, the contrast was stark: its spinning mop pads are completely dry by morning and can be easily removed and washed in a machine, which feels far more hygienic and sustainable long term. Navigation was the second major issue. I live in a straightforward two-bedroom flat, yet the E25 frequently lost its bearings, paused to reorient itself, or wandered aimlessly as though it had forgotten the map. This was especially frustrating when using virtual barriers, which it would sometimes ignore during these re-mapping moments. The RoboRock, by comparison, has been far more consistent and predictable in how it moves through the space. The dock also didnโt live up to the โset and forgetโ expectation. Like most mop-washing systems, the dirty water tank requires frequent cleaningโideally after every mop or every couple of days at most. If left longer, odors around the dock become unpleasant, and cleaning the tank at that point is genuinely unpleasant. This isnโt unique to the Eufy, but the combination of the damp roller and the dock odor made the overall experience feel less hygienic than it should for a product at this price. To be fair, the Eufy E25 is solidly built and vacuums well, but in daily use the design trade-offs became too difficult to overlook. The RoboRock Qrevo S5V feels less clever in theory, but much better thought out in practice, particularly when it comes to hygiene, navigation reliability, and software flexibility. In the end, the Eufy E25 feels like a good idea that hasnโt been fully refined. After switching, I wouldnโt go back. If youโre choosing between the two, Iโd strongly recommend the RoboRock over the Eufy for real-world, everyday use.

Works good on tile floors.. leaves little water stains .. however we are happy with the performance. And works well. Yet to see long term performance. Overall self cleaning features are functionwell as well. Will share long term review after 3 to 6 months .

Is almost a household confidante
Was contemplating a lot on whether to return or not. Had days thinking nah I'll keep it and then the next no VFM. Pros: 1. Does a good job with vacuum and literally no hair left behind on roller. They really got that right. 2. Day to day mopping feature Cons: 1. Frequent mop washing (detergent levels will drop and can only use Eufy detergent which is not available on Amazon) 2. Mop drying time is recommended to be set as standard (5 hours). When you use quick dry which is like 3.5 hours, the next time you try to use it leaves a very smelly floor. I had to redo the floor manually. Electricity consumption as a result. Charging however does not take time. 3. As oppose to what they say, you have to leave a clear floor with no furniture lying about for it to do a thorough clean of the zone/room. If not it avoids the area with a wide margin and at times doesn't even finish the area. 4. It doesn't detect on it's own if there is matter left behind or a deeper stain than normal. If Eufy can take note of the points maybe their next product will be a better improvement but I find no value for money in it's current price. Seller AnkerDirect AE responded to this review and I commend their help. Now I don't have issues in using Eufy products as I was hesitant to keep it after reading up reviews where there was no contact from Eufy. Any others hesitant for same reason in UAE should not be. If I knew earlier about their responsiveness, I would not have returned it as it's a good tool to use if managed effectively.
