Love this accessory! It looks authentic and is good quality. I got it for my Renaissance Festival Victorian steampunk outfit. The brass pairs perfectly with my belt and corset. I clipped the chain to the leather pouch and looked it around my belt to let it dangle. Bothe the face and carved back are beautiful. Great value. Love it!

I bought a couple of these to use on my Steampunk White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland costume. I wasn’t expecting much given the low price. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! They were so nice I almost felt bad using them for a costume! I superglued one to my goggles and felt a pant of guilt but it was exactly what I had envisioned. These are very solid, front and back are both beautiful. They also came nicely packaged in a tin box along with a chain. I can’t say anything about long-term functionality but they seem to be keeping time well so far. And I know I could not have found a nicer looking item for the price. Highly recommend.

it's perfect! the tick can be heard faintly about 3 feet away. looks just like the picture. tells time great, and the chain is about 17 inches long. one thing that the pictures do not include is the fact that the chain is actually a necklace with a clasp. also, the back of the watch has an antique-looking waterlily pattern that is not distracting but still a nice/noticeable addition. the package did arrive without any cushioning, just the box and a little bag that isn't protective against anything but minor scratches, of which there were none on my item. mine arrived in perfect condition, but that may not be the case for all of them because of the lack of protection. the watch is a little more than 2 inches wide/tall and when you press the button to open the watch, it does open surprisingly fast, but hinges are high quality and usable. made out of sturdy metal. weighs 53 grams. I have no idea where the skull part of the description came from, but it is not evident anywhere on the watch. very antique-y and a great purchase. worth every penny, I have no complaints.

This doesn't look like a new watch. Someone is dumping these on Amazon. The watch face had a distinct scratch, but the scratch is on the inside, so the watch must have been built from rejected parts. The battery was already running, so I have no idea how old the battery is. Also, the chain is a necklace chain rather than a watch chain. Again, it looks like this item was built out of scrap materials. Otherwise, it is sturdy, and the watch is easy to read. I guess that for the extremely low price, it is a reasonable purchase until you can find something better. It is a very attractive-looking time piece, so it would be fun to show off. When you close the cover, press down on the knob to avoid stressing the hinge. If there are further problems, I'll add more to my review.
