I bought this for chronic migraines & occasional back pain. I haven’t noticed any improvement with my migraines but it has helped with my sleep & is very relaxing. You may feel discomfort when you first lay on it, but you quickly get used to it. I also know it works to release toxins. If I lay on it, with a very thin layer of clothing or skin direct on mat, like clockwork by the time my hour is up, I run to ‘Goooo’ to the bathroom. I just wish it was a full body acupressure mat. I’m on the look out for a good full body one now.

I was skeptical at first, but this acupuncture mat has been a surprisingly great addition to my wellness routine. The first few minutes can be a little intense, especially if you're new to it, but once you relax into it, the sensation becomes soothing. It really helps relieve tension in my back and shoulders, and I’ve noticed better sleep on the days I use it. The mat is lightweight, easy to store, and the materials feel durable. Totally worth the money! One star off only because it takes a bit of getting used to — but totally worth it if you're looking for natural pain or stress relief!

I have been using this mat for my back issues and it has been greatly helping. It can be a bit prickly and uncomfortable when you first use it but it doesn't hurt, to me at least. I started out using the mat for 15 mins and gradually worked my way up. I can now lay on the mat for 30-45mins. I sit most of my day while working and my back has been a pain. Using the mat daily makes me feel better not only physically but mentally, it's such a relief. For deeper pressure while laying on the mat, I typically will bend my knees. When lying down with my legs straight it works good but I prefer my knees bent. I don't particularly use the neck pillow as it's a bit much for me and I don't care for the feeling of the spikes on my head. You can use a normal pillow and you'll be fine. The mat is roughly the size of the length of your back. When you're done with it, it has a bag that you can roll up and store both the mat and pillow. Oh and one last thing, the Kanjo mat is FSA/HSA eligible so if you need to utilize those funds this is the perfect item.

Very satisfied with the purchase. I already used it and it felt sturdy and soft at the same time. I was recharged and relaxed after the initial 15 minutes of use suggested. Highly recommended, it is a great acupressure mat and head rest. Quality versus less expensive waste of money other mats I previously purchased.

I love this. I’m so happy I purchased it TWO years ago & STILL USE it to this day. It gives me so much relief. I even let my 10 year old son use it & he even loves it!! Highly recommended!

I have had the mat 36 days and it has big tears across it. I can’t return the mat because it’s past 30 days. I have used it only a handful of times!

The product itself is great but FSA will not reimburse without a letter from your doctor. It was one of the only products for which I could not get automatic reimbursement.
