My right knee has been a problem for many, may years. I wear this strap all the time, except when I'm sleeping, and my knee never hurts.

I went back to knee strap that I have used before with good pain relief
I asked for a refund. I couldn't tell that it made any difference at all to knee pain. Don't know if it contained a magnet or not. I went back to knee strap that I have used before with good pain relief.

My Dad has 4 and has worn them for a few years, made a huge difference!
