What is the warranty? There a lot of negative reviews about the quality.

I’m not sure about the warranty, but I’m extremely happy with this product! I put up five dozen ears with it and it was wonderful. No complaints here

How do you sharpen the blade?

I have never had need to sharpen the blade, but it could be unscrewed with a Phillips screwdriver to be sharpened.

For creaming, does it only nick the ends off the kernels with each pass of the cob, or does it also press out the innards with each pass?

Run it down the side with the angled blade to cut the kernels off. Then flip the board and run it down the other direction to scrape out any pulp and juice left still on the cob. Works great. I've used mine for years.
