Neck Wooden Pillow

It smells very nice, and the wood quality is good. When you put it behind your neck, it stretches out your spine. Definitely worth it!

I purchased this"pillow"to do body and brain training at home. There's also You tube or a book for instructions. Trying to increase my well-being and healing from Cancer. This Korean style works with energy and the body's meridians. You don't have to know everything, just do it and feel better!

I LOVE THIS THING!!! It hurt like the dickens the first time I used it. Admittedly, I was rougher with myself than I probably should have been and spend longer on it the first time than I probably should have. I can't stress how satisfying it is to feel that muscle knot screaming for realease and then finally giving up and going limp. I was deeply bruised and sore for several days, just like after a realy deep tissue massage. I immediately sent messages to several friends singing this thing's praises and I can think of at least 5 others that have ordered themselves one at my insistance. THere is nothing like it for tense neck muscles.

I use it more for my hips, and leg area. Do need to ease your way slowly and carefully when it comes to your back area and neck. These are very delicate areas that you don't want to do more harm than good. But overall, yes it helps with tight muscles.

I love the wooden pillow. I use it everyday to stretch out my neck. However, I've ordered the medium and large. I use a bigger one in the studio and it's perfect. However, I don't understand are they the same size and difference in thickness? The medium and large are the same size as the small and I need one a little longer than the small. I'm returning both since I feel they are the same size as the small. Other than that, I love it.

I prefer a smaller size, but there was option besides this medium sized one. I had to purchase smaller ones from another company. Quality wood and length was fine. I recommend this item for those who want a medium size.

Got for my mom who does yoga she said she can't be without it it's pretty strong wood if you can't find one in you're area just get this it's good quality

I have disc degeneration in my neck and whiplash from a prior injury, so I’m in constant pain. I was looking for something specifically to relieve the tension and tightness in my neck and shoulders and came across this pillow based on the high reviews. As soon as I received the wood pillow, I turned my heating pad on, placed the heating pad over the pillow, and laid my neck on it. Per the included instructions I rocked a little from side to side, focusing on the painful areas. The firmness and pressure of the pillow is helping to relieve painful pressure points in my neck and upper back. So glad I bought this pillow. My fiancée who doesn’t have neck issues tried it out and loved it too!
