Perfectly balanced, deep bass, highest quality.
I am always confused when it comes to audio equipments because manufacturers (like JBL, skullcandy) claim that their product is the best, whereas reality is completely different.I already bought Ant audio wave 480, Boat Rockerz 255, realme buds wireless and Mi neckband. Actually I don't keep them anymore, I gifted a few of them and sold others for a loss. When it comes to overall product quality and sound signature, you can trust Sony to deliver you excellent quality even if you buy their cheapest product. This Sony WI-C200 is the cheapest bluetooth earphones from Sony but it's not cheap quality wise. Ear buds (gels) are super soft and durable. The wires appear thin but are durable, buttons will last for ages, even the charging port flap is durable and adequately designed. The voice/sound notification prompts (like "power on", "battery level", next song etc) are soft and pleasant, it doesn't shout in your ears like those chinese ones! As soon as you turn it on, it will tell you the BATTERY LEVEL in a soft voice.I played music on full volume and kept it aside for burning-in the earphone drivers, the battery lasted 11 and half hours on full volume. And that was just on first charge, I am sure it will last around 14 hours once the battery is optimized after 4-5 charging cycles.SOUND QUALITY: Sony means best sound quality , PERIOD! I have even compared this with those skullcandy ink'd and jbl livewire earphones which cost around 4000 and this Sony one is still better in sound quality! The bass is deep and lively, it's not forced and exaggerated like those Boat and Realme ones. You can install master equiliser apps from play store to quickly and easily BOOST BASS to higher levels, although I don't need it. Just search for "bass booster" on the google play store.Mids sound a little mellow like traditional Sony earphones, but not too much, it just doesn't pop out because of higher levels of bass and treble. Still vocals are soft and omnipresent, you would not get irritated even if you listen to Jazz for hours!Treble seems a little boosted, but that's because Sony makes extra effort to provide proper level of treble and INDIAN PUBLIC DOESN'T UNDERSTAND that there's a difference between good amount of treble and annoyingly boosted treble. How do you know the treble is good? You can boost the bass and mid frequencies as much as you like but the treble will not get suppressed at all! This is the proof of a exceptional quality earphone drivers.Comparison with other earphones I have owned (and thrown away):Ant Audio 480: Pathetic sound quality, average voice quality during calls, exceptional battery life. Initially I planned on keeping it just for the sake of voice calls, but whenever I had to listen to music while driving, I felt like throwing these out of the car!Boat Rockerz 255: These will sound mind blowing initially because of the horribly boosted bass and mid-bass frequencies. Most Indian guys will love it because they can't differentiate between healthy bass and Bass-only music. Mid frequencies are completely suppressed, it sounds muffled, treble is totally absent, as if there's a high frequency filter to filter out treble!Realme Buds wireless: Again boosted bass to the level of hurting my eardrums. It boasts about sound quality in collaboration with some music artist, but frankly the sound quality is similar to Boat Rockerz 255 with the addition of VIRTUALIZER or surround kind of equiliser by default. Mids and treble are still muffled and sound dull. On top of all this, the button configuration is ALL WRONG, double press for next song and triple press for previous song!Mi neckband: Good sound quality but a little harsh for my taste. Again boosted bass and dull mids. But the higher-mid tones (around 2 khz) are boosted a little so the music hurts after 15 minutes of continuous listening. Treble is again suppressed and almost absent.NOTE: There's no difference between this WI-C200 and WI-C310 at all, just that c310 provides flat cables and funky color options. Hardware and sound quality is exactly the same.

Go for it only when heavily discounted!!!!!
This is a review after using Sony WI-C200 wireless neckband earphones for 2 months. I bought them for "one cable to charge them all"USB-C. For 1500rs1) Built Quality.Built quality is average, soft-touch plastics are used for the batteries, rubber-like feel to the neckband and earphone cables. The cables going to the earphones are not flush and there is a little wobble and do not feel sturdy and might come daybreak.2) Hardware. On the left side of the neckband, there are volume controls, which double as track controls when long pressed, the power button in the middle which is used for Google assistant and Pairing. LED indicators and Mic are also there. Rite side of the neckband houses the batteries.USB-C port for charging earphones is covered with a flap.3)Sound Quality/Isolation And Fit.These earphones, in my opinion, are best enjoyed at 60 to 70 percent of volume, anything above that, there is some kind of distortion at the end of lines and phrases and after sometimes irritates the ears. Not for Bass lovers as it lacks bass, but instruments can be heard clearly. Isolation is good even at 60 percent volume, fits good and can be customized by included extra ear tips.4) Call Clarity. When calling, the sound is loud and crisp, but sometimes there is some braking and distortion for the other person and eco can be heard of the person calling.5)Connectivity.Bluetooth 5.0 allows it to connect to phones and laptops easily.6) Fast Charging And Battery Life, USB-C.They are long-lasting, up to 15 hours and charge fast and use USB C to charge. The cable included in the box is too short.7) They Are Not Water Resistant.Unfortunately, they are not water-resisting and can be damaged due to water.8) Not Suitable For Online Mobile Gaming. There is a noticeable lag in voice chat when talking to friends on PUBG and eco too.9) Final Verdict And Is It Worth It?If these earphones have issues of eco and clarity in sound at max volumes, at this price, they are not worth it, wait for heavy discounts or consider buying Realmi Buds 2 Wireless.

You'll make up your mind after reading this review
This review is little bit long , but after reading this you'll makeup your mind.I am posting this review after using this headphone after 9 days .Some myth about this product you'll find it in the other reviews I wanted to clear.1. Poor voice call quality - calling is awesome I've never have any complaints for the mic , it's greatWho had the problem might had the defective piece.2. Bass - bass is great , you just have to use the equaliser of the music player I've posted a screenshot. You can go for rock or bass boost according to your phone. My device (galaxy m40) has Dolby atmos which enhance the sound quality. Now with the ...pros... of the headphones.1. Great bass , you just have to set the equalizer2. Battery backup is off the charts, top in the line you cannot found any other headphone in this price range with this battery backup, it's a guarantee.3. When battery goes to 20% headphone will alert you to charge still after the warning it runs more than 2 hours.4.great quality, matte finish5.quick charge is like सोने मै सुहागा , coz of my phone I have a 15 watt c type charger which gives me the advantage of fast charging.6. Bluetooth connectivity is great never lagged a bit when I was listening to music. Now with some ...cons...1. It should include clip with the headphones as it sometimes slips to the neck which I have the fear of losing it when the earbuds are not in your ears.2.magnet in the earbuds which attach the headphones while you are not listening to it is not very strong .If you ask me rather you should buy it or not you should just go for it . I am happy with this purchase thank you sony and AmazonRegards- sudhanshu sahu
