Bottle was gross
The bottle I received was very dirty, like it had been sitting in a warehouse for a while. Would not recommend.

Helping reduce Burning/Tingling of Femoral Nerve Damage
I've been taking this supp along with Inosine for Femoral Nerve Damage from a hip replacement. The burning/tingling are about gone as I head into my 2nd month on the two. There is info out there too that some with MS take Sphingolin. Any MS patients here who use it? Wonder what the other poster uses it for.
