RFP-150D Battery Operated AM/FM Portable Pocket Size Radio (Silver/mat)

UPDATE: It's been 15 months now and this little radio is going strong. I still listen every night for 4 to 5 hours. As mentioned in my initial review, my favorite station is local but can be hard to tune in. Some nights are a little more difficult but I'm able to lock onto it with some adjusting. For me, this is one of the best purchases I've made. Great small size at a nice price. I needed a new small radio when my old Grundig Mini died. I did alot of research, almost spending way too much for NOS off a popular auction site. Then I saw this Panasonic at a great price and decided to take a chance. I have owned many Panasonic products over the decades and have been generally pleased with them (we still have one of their Plasma TV's from 2013) And for my needs this little radio is perfect. I only use it when I go to bed to listen to my favorite overnight AM radio show. While the station is local to me it can be quite difficult to tune in. So far this radio has held the station and it comes in pretty clear for the entire night. Actually I now realize how lousy the Grundig was. This is the perfect size beside my pillow. I appreciate the small red tuning light and I like the old style tuning and volume dials. Battery life is excellent too. I listen to this every night for around five hours. It's been over a month using the same set of AA batteries. I can't speak to the quality of FM nor do I use the earphone jack. Bottom line for me is I'm very, very happy with this small, inexpensive radio.

Neat little basic AM/FM Radio. It's light weight so I keep it in my jacket pocket for added convenience.

I like Panasonic products. The only problem with this radio is that the earphone jack is one side mono. Most of their pocket radios have this issue. It's a throwback to the transistor radios of the 1960's. A common audio adapter cures this problem.. Nice nightstand or kitchen radio. Very good reception and selectivity.

This small radio is just what I was looking and it exceeded my expectations as it delivers a clear and powerful sound and truly looks good. I use it daily and have never had to use the antenna. The wrist strap is sturdy and convenient and the radio is small enough to fit in some pockets. I would purchase again or give as a gift. A great buy for a small price.

POOR RECEPTION. LOUSY SOUND. VERY FINICKY TUNING. POOR RADIO WITH A NAME LIKE PANASONIC.

Très déçue taille microscopique. Son nul.

Comprei achando que ia ter um aparelho funcionando por muito tempo. Não durou nem dois meses parou de funcionar. Não recomendo.

Not good, sound quality is average and tuning is not perfect and even with red tuning indicator hissing sound persists and u have to keep it on hand for better reception and if u keep it little bit away no reception comparing with ibell pocket radio ,it is not good but i bell stopped working within 4 months I won't recommend My confidence on Panasonic brand value is shaken Have to bear as return option is not available
