Bamboo Snap-in Insert: Special Needs Teens or Adults Incontinence Pad for Cloth Diapers, 1-Pack (Snap-in Insert ONLY, Extended)

Originally, I was told that these were delivered but I did not get them until 3 days later. You can imagine my thoughts, thinking that a neighbor got them instead and thinking that I was going to be outted as a DL. You can imagine my relief when they came in the mail 3 days later.But on to the actual diaper itself. I love wearing diapers and have even gone to work in them. My shirts normally hang low enough that they cannot be seen and only I know that I am wearing them. This one, The Mermaid Pattern, is rather sexy and I love how tight it fits on me. I have not tried using it yet but I can imagine that it will keep in plenty of fluid. No I don't use them for solids. The major problem that I see with this one is that I won't be able to wear it to work. For one, it is to loud. If you like that kind of thing, you will probably love this one. Secondly, it is almost plastic-y and is VERY hot on the skin. These is no way I can wear it all day long, especially in an office setting. So for around the house or out to the store would probably be great.Oh, another thing, it does not have a pocket. You have to use the pads with the snaps from the company or safety pin other ones in. That is what I am currently doing. The problem is that either way, the pads are directly on your skin and you will feel the wetness too much. I personally like the diapers with the pockets that wick away the moisture.Edit 11.11.2022So I have now been able to use this for it's intended purpose. Because there is no pocket with the nice microfiber cloth in between the pad and the skin, the wetness you feel is definitely too much. And it irritates the skin. I will not be buying anymore of these. I will stick with the ones that actually have pockets that wick away the fluids.

Very cute, comfortable, and an absolute lifesaver for us! My son is 7 and autistic, and still working on potty-training. He's not potty-trained at night at all. He wears nighttime "underwear", but I've never found one that didn't still end up leaking by morning. I was originally putting a diaper over top, (like when he was smaller, I doubled up 2 diapers), but that stopped working when the diaper got too small. So I was looking for SOMETHING with the same idea of a diaper, to help keep the nighttime underwear from leaking...and stumbled on these. They worked a miracle! They fit him comfortably, he isn't bothered AT ALL by them (and he's picky about what he wears), they aren't too bulky to wear on top of his nighttime underwear (it's honestly still more like a pullup), and under his pj pants, and best of all - NO MORE LEAKS!!!!! He wakes up dry EVERY SINGLE MORNING. I bought a second one to make sure we can swap out and keep a clean one on(even though it doesn't even smell at ALL of pee the next morning - it's truly keeping the pee IN his pullup by keeping it in place). LOVE IT.

This is very helpful for my daughter that has special needs she does pretty good through the night but usually has a number one accident and it just helps using these so long as they’re adjusted at the right level to keep from cutting off any circulation it is helpful to avoid having to wash sheets every single night. She is 5’1” in height and weighs about 92 lbs. be sure to adjust them to the right level to avoid any circulation issue they have plenty of snaps for you to customize it to the right fit for your child.

My 85 pound child has grown out of the typical bedwetting cloth solutions. I'm so glad I found these. Shell has 3 rise settings, and a gf airline thick PUL lining. No insert included.. I use a thirties duo, microfiber and a hemp booster and my child is leak free. Child takes meds that add to the volume of pee. Child says they are very comfortable. The price is very reasonable. I am able to replace the old shells my child has outgrown.

Bought another one. This time it was shipped in a clear plastic bag. I appreciate having to explain to a clerk my elderly loved one's private medical issues. What was done exposed protected medical condition.How inconsiderate.

Great product. I told you I'd be back to order more. And I still plan on buying more. Update So the third one I ordered just showed up. my collection is starting to grow. Extremely comfortable. You will need a diaper or a booster pad or are washable insert FYI.

NOT happy with this product! I purchased one of these a few years back, and the diaper worked most of the time to prevent leakage. The ones I recently purchased are COMPLETELY different size than the first one, even though I ordered the same size as before. The material used is SO SLICK it won't stay in place. The snaps do little to help as there are not enough of them in the places needed. AND, they do not prevent leaks!!!!!!! The product also arrived with a VERY STRONG PERFUME SMELL!

very well made, i wish i had purchased this sooner. thank you Ecoable for this wonderful product. initially the inserts in the regular sizes were unavailable so i had to take the smaller size and adjust accordingly, but so far it is working quite well.
