Goes on relatively easy. Stays in place and can be secured . Works well if you are looking to take a load off your upper arm and shoulder tendons.

32 yo small guy. Plates tennis but my bicep keeps hurting over time. Never understood why. But this saved me. Can play for hours now without any problems. Great fit velcro is very solid. I would say the ease of application is not so easy when you need to do it for yourself with only one arm available to tie the second one. Not a deal breaker all good you get used to it

After tearing my bicep at the elbow, I was told not to use my arm and see if it will heal on its own. Not using my arm was not really an option, but if I flexed at all, the muscle went forward instead of on the top of the arm. I purchased this to hold the muscle in place and it worked! If nothing else, it was a constant reminder not to overwork the arm while it was healing.

I purchased this for tricep/bicep pain and it didn't work for me. It kept sliding down and didn't alleviate my pain but it may help for someone else.
