Worth it!
This has really made a difference in my overall health. People say your gut is your second brain…. And I used to have all sorts of gut issues. I don’t have them anymore since I’ve started taking these. No constipation either!

Best probiotic I have ever purchased
Have tried many probiotics. My gastroenterologist recommended I take a good probiotic for my G.I. issues. Don’t waste your money on grocery store products. This is the best one I have found.
