I'm a huge fan of potassium salts, for adding potassium via food, while also regulating sodium intake. This is definitely a good go-to for flavoring food, while balancing electrolytes in the system.

My wife and I wanted to cut down on Sodium Chloride. I found this product in our local health food store years ago and loved it. Then they stopped carrying it. So, I began ordering this from Amazon. It is the best low sodium alternative with a great flavor. The potassium chloride blend provides exactly what we need and enhances taste. We also use magnesium chloride as an additional salt.

I love this 3 pack. Plenty of salt to last you a long time, great price. I am on the keto diet so lo salt is a excellent source of electrolytes you may be lacking!

I eat salt. Lots of salt. Sometimes I even pour it in my hand and dip veggies in it. or not. I originally bought this to make an electrolyte supplement for my horses, and due to my conscience and age decided that I should switch to it for my own health. How delighted I was that it has no aftertaste, no metallic taste. I switched out all my salt shakers first thing. Then I made my horse's supplement. :)

This is a secret if you like flavorful food but can't have the sodium. Due to a previous stroke I had to give up a salt. My wife and I found this only on Amazon as the company is based in the UK we use this it to cook on daily basis.It taste exactly like salt but because the make up is potassium chloride instead of sodium chloride we get to enjoy the taste of salt without the negative effects. After using for one year my sodium level fell to 138mmol/L where standard is between 136-144.

What a blessing for those on low sodium diet. The flavor is great taste like salt and if you have been on low so for any amount of time it taste actually salty. Will add real flavor to those recipes you missed the taste of salt in.

It was not what was recommended to me did not taste like salt and had a discussing after taste.
