Isa Ceritified Control Systems Technician (CCST): Level II Study Guide 3rd Edition

This book was purchased for my husband to study for his controls exam. He said it was very helpful & he passed his exam with flying colors.

It’s clear that the author simply took pages from another book (possibly the level I book) and changed the practice questions pages. In the intro there are references to the level I test book. The TOC references pages that are incorrect and non-existent (It lists Answers on page 54 and CCST Resources on page 55… there are only 53 pages in this book).There are a total of 81 practice questions in this book. It takes a total of ~2 hours to go through it. The test supposedly takes 3-4 hours to complete. I think that is a good indication that this book is severely lacking content.I have not taken any CCST test yet but I don’t feel anywhere near confident after going through this study guide. The book does not list any additional resources.

The study guide was not as detailed as I had anticipated. However, the study guide did have good reference resources.
