Artisan Tropic, Chips Cassava Yuca, 4.5 Ounce

I really like potato chips, but stopped eating them because white potatoes are inflammatory. Veggie chips will do in a pinch. But I like the light, crispy, airiness of potato chips. I thought I had to forfeit that, until I found these. Who knew that Cassava Yuca could be a perfect replacement for potato chips? I honestly can’t tell a difference in the taste. They hold up well with dips. I often eat them with hummus. The only drawback is they’re pricey.

So good!! And only 3 ingredients, no seed oil, and all the other good certified stuff. This is a good replacement for all the other chips that are filled with unhealthy chemicals. I would actually give this to the kids too.

These are delicious and extremely crunchy and chewy, lightly salted. Very, very expensive but a nice treat.

Nice, thin and crispy. They’re great by themselves. I don’t like to dip them but it could go with a light dip.

These chips are the closes thing to tasting like potato-based chips. Many other chips made from yuca are usually too thick, or don't have a similar salt-to-chip ratio. But these make me feel like I'm still eating potato chips, even though I need to stay away from actual potatoes.The only downfall is the price & the fact that you don't get nearly as many in a bag as you do with traditional potato chips, AND their thin-ness also means they break easily, so each bag is more full of pieces, rather than a full chip. But they satisfy my craving for a crunchy/salty snack, so I'm happy they're available.

I love these chips as i can no longer eat corn chips. Crunchy and good tasting. Price Ok value. I bought more.

These are a great Paleo chip. Super crunchy but not oily. Lightly salted.Pricey as most Paleo goods are. This is worth it for a snack.
