There is a short delay before alerts are sent out but it is not too bad. Picture quality both during day and night is good. Considering buying another to cover a different section of my house. Free cloud storage for a short time as part of initial package means no additional fees at least for a bit. Not sure if it requires fees after a year or so but the short time auto storage does the trick at this point.

The camera is great quality for the price. It does pick up unnecessary movements, like the shadow from the sun moving on the ground. Other than that, its great.

I thought about getting a long extension cord and just plugging it into it. I did not want anything ruined by weather on the original plug to camera. The extension cable holds the original plug end in a weatherproof case. You can mount the case or let it dangle, either way, you now have a longer cord to run. Very sturdy. Price should be $20 though. $30 is a bit high for 15'

The waterproof housing works well and keeps the outdoor camera running smoothly. The wall mounting bracket was not included despite being mentioned in the instructions so I had to mount the box by the cables.

Does the job. Noy worth 30 bux tho.

Have had to replace 2 of these cameras (while under warranty) due tothe plug shorting out, with the camera also shorting out in one.Dealing with TP-Link Kasa Cam customer service is an absolute nightmare.Overall, nice camera when they work but given the "shorting out" & in particular "customer service" just the one starBTW: my assessment of their customer service pre-dates the Pandemic, so that is not a related issue.
