NOCO GC017 15A 14AWG 12V Adapter, Heavy-Duty Cigarette Lighter Plug, and Female Socket With Battery Clamps

Very well constructed, well fitting insulated battery alligator clamps to lighter socket/port adapter. A must if using a tire inflator if your car doesn’t have a cigarette lighter/accessory port. It like to power direct from car battery when using as it won’t interfere with downline electronics if your inflator is faulty. This adapter socket fits the U.S. standard opening…this can be either an A or B style - but fits my US car specs. This NOCO GC017 can be altered to remove the alligator clamps and connect permanently and directly to a power source via its attached eyelet terminals. Plug closure is built in and is snug to keep out debris. Plenty of length for my use at 30”. Also, it has an inline fusible link attached which is great so you won’t be chasing down the vehicles fuse block or damaging circuitry if port is faulty or something is shorting out fuses. I trust NOCO products for quality.

I bought these so I could convert my Noco inflator to a battery hook up instead of using the 12 volt power port.

I've used other Noco products in the past and am generally pleased with the quality of the build and operation.This adapter works well, but the size of the socket where the 12V accessory plugs in seems just a tad too large. It seems (and I stress the word "seems") that it should be just a little bit smaller to hold the plug in a bit better. The devices I intend on using with it have a long and strong-enough negative terminal to make an adequate connection to the sleeve of Noco but I have a couple of things that, when plugged in, can be made to lose their connection by shaking the connector--something that is easy to have happen in a vehicle.

I bought this by mistake, and had already opened it. So now that I had a look at it, I can tell you that the Noco GC017 is a very high quality work of art indeed. Even though I ordered the wrong part, It was so nice I wish I could have kept it. Even the packaging impressed me. Good job Noco!

Excellent clamps. Used them as replacements on a Schumacher battery charger, when one of the clamps was damaged. These are substantial and a far better than the original clamps. The real bonus is that these have cables attached with screws, so it’s easy to use and adapt them as replacements.

Works as it should.Many newer vehicles such as my 2026 Silverado eliminated the 12v female plug inside the cab.So, if I run into a circumstance where I need to run my 12v air compressor this will work great.Just attach to the vehicle battery terminals & plug in your device.

I always buy Noco products as I have found them to be well made, robust and reliable. This plug is no exception and much better than those cheaply made ones which end up bent and twisted and the plastic covers easily sliding off the clamp. Would recommend spending the little extra to get a quality product.

Estos Caimanes los compré para tenerlos en la moto como un adaptador para el compresor el cual uso mucho en mis viajes por tema de ponchaduras, la calidad de los materiales es buenísima, aun que arreglemos mas de una llanta no se calientan, no te quemas y están muy bien aislados lo que me da la tranquilidad de que no van a agarrizar una corriente y dañar la computadora de la moto, los recomiendo ampliamente

Uppfyller förväntningarna enligt beskrivningen så känns prisvärt. 12v kontakt sitter fast hårt och kan inte glida ut.

I have been using it with my tire inflator and so far I haven't faced any issue.
