Best Printer
Step 4 of installation instructions said to remove orange packing material and discard it. There was no orange packing material (plastic piece) on the waste toner box. I installed the waste toner box in the printer and the touch screen read replace the waste toner box. I cleared the screen took it out and repeated the process about 3 more times but kept getting the same message on touch screen to replace WT Box. I believe it is defected. The orange plastic protective piece that are usually on the toner for the printer was missing on the WT Box, may have been used. May have gotten mix in accidently.

A perfect fit for Brother MFC-9130CW
This was very easy to install. Instructions are mostly pictorial but it's quite clear what to do. Fits perfectly, and the printer automatically stopped having the 'box full' (or whatever it was) warning.

It fits and works 🤞
So far so good.. I have kept the old one just in case.. Reading comments about fixing your old one.. I Looked up YouTube and their it was italian guy with a thick accent showing how to breath new life.. Thank goodness he put close captions.. Pretty sure I did it right.. Like I said the old one is on standby.. Who would have thunk when I saw this show up on printer ( Pic ).. Wtf it has a little trash for used tonner 😂..

Turns out, you don't need it.
Bought this and keeping it "just in case". There's a video on youtube that shows you how to empty and clean out your old one. Follow the steps to the letter and the old one will work "good as new". Nice part is, you can clean the old one over and over again. So if you're handy with a screwdriver, and careful not to make a mess, you won't need to replace it. And I must emphasize the caution: you can make a terrible mess when opening it up. I did it fully inside a garbage bag and some ink dust still managed to get on the table. Cleanup was easy enough as there was so little to clean up. But it could become a major spill if you're not careful.

The replacement part you didn’t know you needed.
Worked great in my multifunction printer and easy to replace. Didn’t even know this part existed until my printer told me mine was full.

Scam!!!
I've purchase this product 3 times and not once have it worked, Im out of the US so its expensive for me to return the product, so i keep buying thinking the next one would fix the job...An absolute waste of money...I trow them all out along with the printer

Useless
It worked for 2 printed pages. It then squealed and shook. Reading the reviews again, I see it is frequently returned. I can see why!

Didn't even know this existed in my printer until I got the warning.
It dropped right in. Just followed the simple page of instructions that came with the unit, put it all back together, and didn't even have to reset the code, it did it on its own.Product catches that little bit of ink dust that can come off the rollers of the cartridges, and over time fills up. The one that came out was heavier than the one that went in, telling me that there was a lot of ink dust in the old one.Does what it is designed to do, and one of those Brother items that is not that expensive.
