It works but I have a small head and even these were pretty tight. It will work but I’ll have a headache afterwards. If you have a normal sized head or a big head maybe get different ones.

I should have read the other reviews. My head is about 22.5 inches around, and I usually need to buy larger hat sizes for women. These were way too small. They popped right off. They seem fine quality-wise, so if your head is on the smaller size, they'll probably work fine for you.

Works well enough a bit harder to use if you have long hair, which I did at the time of ordering these I now have shorter hair and I can imagine they would be easier to use, but I lost them so no testing on my shorter hair

exactly as it’s listed, it holds all my hair down. i double cap my hair as it’s thick and putting this on top does wonders. its breathable and you have options to choose which ever color suits you better.
