NOW Supplements, Selenium 100 mcg, Essential Mineral, 100 Tabs

So far so good. Seems to not upset my stomach. I'm taking 1 a day. Have been taking long enough to know the true effects, but I think it is helping. My Dr reduced my thyroid meds, so I'm taking this for additional support and no issues so far.

Great price for a quality supplement!!

I've been taking this for a couple of months now. I take one each day along with the iodine drops I already use for thyroid support. The biggest thing I've personally noticed since adding selenium is a huge improvement in my overall mood. I wasn't really expecting to notice that much of a difference, but for me it has been noticeable enough that I've continued taking it daily. Of course supplements can affect everyone differently, but I've been very happy with my experience with this one so far.

My eye specialist told me to take Selenium. Seems to be helping my thyroid eye disease.

Intensely disgusting smell and taste, like old urine. But if you can get past that, it's cheap and gets the job done.

I love this brand & need these supplements due to my Hashimoto’s disease. The ONLY issue I have with it is the smell. I prepare all of my medication and vitamins for the week and whenever I open the pill case, the smell makes me want to gag. You smell it as soon as you open the bottle. I am going to give this five stars because the formula is fabulous, but just know if you have any scent aversions, this might trigger it.

Great for thyroid function.

This is a very good product, especially for the price. It is affordable and you get a good amount for what you pay. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy it again.

Good dosage as a supplement
