95% sure that it would. Color gets on my glasses frames and DyZoff removes it. I use L'Oreal.

It is meant to use to remove oxidative color stains from the skin. It most situations it is gentle. You could test in an inconspicuous area.

I highly doubt it. Hair, whether facial or otherwise, is porous and is supposed to absorb hair dye. This product is for skin.
