Works great, but not as long as advertised
This nasal spray worked wonders for me. I absolutely hate being congested, and this nasal spray cleared my airways within 5 minutes of use. I feel the less often you use it, the longer it lasts

The device that sprays the contents is inconsistent
The oxymetazoline hydrochloride is the same chemical in the same concentration as dozens of brands. The delivery system is one of three or four. The idea is that the sprayer gives a "metered" dose. The amount it dispenses varies greatly from the first pump to the next. I have to pump it three times to get an effective amount. Sometimes I just pour the contents into the original spray device, in which the dose was dependent upon how hard one squeezed the container. This is still a good value for the money but the sprayer is inconsistent in the does it delivers.

Works as well as other brands priced much higher
Works as well as all the other brands I have used at a fraction of the price. It is a squeeze type and not pump spray which I prefer; but if you have a pump-spray one you can bend it to pop the top off and fill from this easily at a third of the price.

No longer miserable
I was feeling miserable. My allergies were acting up, my nose was dry and inflamed and I was having sinus headaches. I ordered this nose spray and after the first use I started feeling much better. After three days I was back to my normal self. I am so happy I found this product and I highly recommend it.

Good sense Nasal Spray effectiveness has dropped significantly.
I’ve been a loyal user of GoodSense Nasal Spray since 2024 because it consistently provided a full 12 hours of relief. Unfortunately, the bottle I purchased in January 2026 is underperforming. I’m now finding that the relief wears off after only 6 hours. It seems like the quality or formula has changed—very disappointing.
