Comfortable and Very Sharp
I bought two of these and liked them so much that I bought another pair. They are well-made, super comfortable grip, great weight to them, love good and yes, extremely sharp. They make cutting food effortless.

Great true paring knife
I wanted a true paring knife which is the jack of all trades kitchen knife, and I wanted a sheath so I can safely take it outside the kitchen, to work, etc. I believe from feel this blade is full tang it’s very solid, and a true solid paring knife style blade not a steak or filet style. It is sharp but not razor sharp. I used it initially to cut through very had soppressota salami it easily cut almost paper thin slices. I could take or leave the handle color but it’s neutral, but oh that grip is awesome, and as mentioned the sheath it comes with works it stays on it. For the price it’s an amazing value, so much so I am going to get another.

For The Price, Quite A Nice Little Paring Knife.
A very handy and quite sharp paring knife. This is actually the second one we've purchsed. The first one was about 6-7 years ago and just now it's becoming just a bit harder to get and keep a fresh edge on it. It does take to sharping quite well and holds that edge longer than you might imagine before needing a couple trips through the sharpener to restore it to factory freshness. At this reasonable price we just ordered a new one instead of having to sharpen it fairly frequently.

Happy with it! :)
I had my doubts when I saw in the ad how long it is, compared to my favorite paring knife, which is quite short. But now that it has arrived and I've used it a few times, I'm quite happy with it. It is very sharp and cuts smoothly; has been wonderful cutting neatly and cleanly through my Christmasy fruitcake! :-) I thought it would slice cherry tomatoes easily to garnish a sandwich, but their skin seems too thick for easy slicing; the knife does cut through eventually but the pressure squishes the tomato and makes a mess. It cuts crisper veggies like celery or potatoes beautifully. I like the fact that it is two-toned (so I can easily spot it with my feeble eyesight) with a bright green sheath to store it. Am tempted to order a few more since I've learned that once you find something you like, you should hasten and order more before it's gone! :-)

Love this knife! I’ve bought this knife 3x
This is a great basic paring knife. No need to be precious about it, it will take the abuse. It’s easy to sharpen using a stone or a diamond rod, and it keeps a pretty good edge. I like the bright color, it prevents you from accidentally stabbing yourself if someone puts it in the sink. The handle is easy to hold and keep in your hand, it washes up in the dishwasher with no problems (stainless), it comes with a great knife cover for travel. I love the knife cover, since I usually byo knives when I travel- I hate dull vacation rental knives. I accidentally left one recently, and tried to do without it, but bought a new one after a week because I love it so much. I even got one to keep at my mom’s house. The only small downside is that my handle cracked a little bit after about 5 years of daily high temp dishwashing, but it was still usable.

Excellent paring knife at a very low price point
A surprisingly durable knife for its cost. It holds an edge well, and is easy to hone or resharpen. It's a great little paring knife, good for camping or fishing with the included sheath, and a nice thing to just have around the kitchen for coring and peeling apples, dicing shallots or garlic, or deboning small fish. A bit garish for my tastes, but very functional.

The best
These are the best knives. I have bought about 6 I can’t get enough. Very sharp, great for fruit but also meat. You won’t go wrong. Especially for the price plus they have a comfy grip.
