Very sharp and easy to handle. It can even cut bread.

Great paring knife. Super-sharp which seems to last for quite a while. I usually replace them every year because the price is fair and less expensive than having them sharpened. I prefer the serrated knife that has a pointed tip but unfortunately that wasn't an option with my most recent purchase. Hopefully the manufacturer will bring that version back. I tend to use this knife to cut up fruit or slice smaller sized tomatoes and it works perfectly for that. The grip is good and I like the color options.

A sharp, serrated knife that is better than a straight blade knife for cutting tomato slices and other kitchen chores, ergonomic, lightweight and inexpensive. If I could have only one knife in the kitchen the Victorinox knife would be my choice. I even have given it as a stocking stuffer.

I love this knife! Bought my 1st one as a pantry chef, we had to have knives. Was inexpensive but Victorinox is well known in my house as great hunting knives, so I got 1. Now I have about 5-6 of these little paring knives for everything. They fit my little hands perfectly (only 5'2"), they sharpen easily and I can break down anything from a chicken to skinning fruit. Now if I could get people to stop taking them, that would be amazing 🤣

My go to knife! Of all the expensive knives I have, a tomatoes knife, cheese knife, chefs knife, etc. I use this for everything! This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered it! I have the straight edge too, but I grab this one 98% of the time! I use a bamboo cutting board which tends to dull knives fast. Not this one and the little sucker is sharp! Be careful the first month you was it, it’s good for cutting fingers too! Plus once a week I make my dogs food. Use it from everything from carrots to large chicken breast when I make her food and everything gets cut on bamboo boards! It’s the perfect weight and size! Can’t say enough good things about it! After I bought my first one, I cleaned out my knife drawer and got rid of all the knives I seldom used!!

Works pretty well. Very nice blade, but the handle is a bit thin and makes it less than perfect to work with in kitchen.

Best kitchen everything knife on the market - and can go in the dishwasher. Have bought these for myself and to add to a shower gift with cutting boards - gift cards and personal recipes. Hands downs worth the $$$. Red is great because you can find it in the drawer
