YYSTKayak Track Mount Tie Down Eyelet to Hold Your Bungee Cord or Ropes Up to 0.5" - No Track -Don't use for Anchoring

These fit my factory tracks perfectly. They do seem to be stainless, the color, shine, and a magnet will not stick. I saw the other reviews about unscrewing, mine came with nylon washers, to keep from scratching the tops of the rails, but they will also keep them from rattling loose. Common sense should tell you, if you have a ring, and you put a load on the side that would unscrew them in use, leverage will unscrew them. I set mine so the load will always try to tighten them, and I don't see how they will loosen. Some of these reviews prove common sense isn't so common anymore. After a trial run on the water this weekend, that I'm sure will go great, I have a feeling I'll be ordering more sets, to put them all over 2 kayaks. I stumbled across these, after my "fishing buddy" told me we weren't drilling holes in her new kayak, and convinced me not to on mine, because of the warranty. I'm not telling her she's right, I just explained that I'm willing to test out an alternative for HER.

Narrow! I have to turn it so that the base plate is diagonal so it doesn’t pop out of the track on my Vibe Yellowfin. This wouldn’t be the end of the world, but the tension area on the bottom of the ring is also very narrow and if you don’t hold it just right, one of the sides will fall into the track groove. I’ve got them precariously tightened and hope they won’t slide into the track. There’s NO WAY I’d attach anything too valuable to these.The only reason I’m not sending them back is because I’m only using them to temporarily span the nice of my yak with shock cord for a paddle-tip sleeve. Eventually I’ll add two new, shorter racks and replace these with a more secure brand.Would NOT recommend.

These fit the tracks on my Vibe Sea Ghost and should fit any standard track. The, included, clear washer makes it easy to position them in any direction. These soft plastic washers aren't in the photos - don't know why, they are very useful.Seem to be quality stainless steel. Please with this purchase.

There isn't too much that can be said about these. They are a good, quality product. I have purchased four packs of these and have them deployed all over my kayak (yeah, I do things a little overkill). I only kayak on saltwater, so metal objects really take a beating and can rust easily, but these guys have stood up to a season of kayaking on the Pacific, there is no rust or tarnish to be seen on these, including in the screw threads and the backer plate.They eyelets are a perfect size, allowing me to connect any and all of my various sized carabiners to it. But they are not so big as to be cumbersome or catch on things. They are also polished smooth, so there are no burs or rough seams in the metal that can damage ropes or soft equipment. They are not chromed, which is good. (I don't want shiny things to reflect sunlight back up in my eyes when I'm on the water.)They come with a thick, clear rubber/silicone washer that helps keep the eyelet cinched down so it doesn't unscrew itself from vibrations and the like. It also allows you to face the eyelet in any orientation you'd like.After a season of kayaking on saltwater, I have no negative comments to make about this product and would purchase it again without a second thought.

Best price by far of the alternatives. Equal in quality to the more expensive ones I tried first. Mine came with rubber washers and you might want to add a stainless flat washer so you don't tear up the rubber washers. Fits my Vibe SeaGhost 130 tracks securely and tightens down well. Can't imagine them working loose.

Unfortunately these did not fit my YakAttack GearTrac mounted on my kayak. The set I received included the flat bottom washer and a rubber washer to sit on top of track. Seemed to be good quality and I am disappointed because it was just what I was looking for. The bottom washer was just slightly too narrow which caused the washer to pop up through the track when tightening down. The fit was close, but not quite right.

Bolt is too short. Pictures show an Allen head at the end of the bolt to adjust length. The ones I received are solid and non adjustable. Made in China FAIL

They are a very sturdy and solid tie downs. The mount fit perfectly into my track. The only problem I have and it's my fault, I can't use them on one side because I have a paddle keeper on that side and these stick up to far to allow the paddle to sit in the holder correctly. The other side is just fine.
