Best salsa to be found anywhere
Renfros had a restaurant in Ft. Worth, TX over 45 or 50 years ago (perhaps longer) and the food was delicious. It was just a little 'hole in the wall' then. I'm originally from that area. For me, there is only one salsa on my table, and that is Mrs. Renfro's. I love it. It is exactly the right consistency (I don't like thick 'tomatoey' salsa}. The medium is spicy but not too hot. It's a perfect salsa. End of story.

Best medium salsa on the market. We usually put it through the blender a bit to get more. We add it to taco meat as a seasoning. Expensive product online.
