Easy to put together and very sturdy
I was very skeptical about buying this valet. It came today took my hubby maybe 30 minutes to put it together. No parts were mixing or broke no damage and it’s very sturdy. I’m very impressed with this itemIt took me a few weeks to convince my husband he needed it now he loves it.

So Pretty and Functional! Design is wobbly.
Its great and holds everything I need to get ready in the morning. Only downside is that its design includes two thin tall legs, which inevitably are pretty wobbly. If they added a third in the middle it would be perfect and feel more premium. But all the other parts are real solid wood and metal, with an easily adjustable and shiny mirror. This saves me so much time and effort in the morning and helps me with organizing laundry. Can't recommend it more WHEN ITS ON SALE! ($55-$65) Otherwise the value is not there. With a sturdier design I'd pay $80 for it.

This is how the 1% hang up their clothes and stash their loose change.
Sturdy, well constructed. It makes my room more stately. Like a five start hotel, one of those upscale ones that have the guy out front to move your car. I’d like to see Motel 6 have this kind of class. (Spoiler: they won’t) If you want to tap into your inner fancy pants then this is the valet for you. 9/10

Good deal for decent quality
This came with all the parts. Took 5 minutes or so to assemble. No major issues. I do think the part that holds the mirror and jacket could’ve been a bit more sturdy but overall it’s not bad and will work. For about $20 more you can get a drawer, nicer base, as well as two studs on the side for a belt or tie. I wish I would’ve seen that before buying this one. Oh well.

Husband Loves It!
My hubby lays his clothes out before bed every night. This was the perfect addition to his closet. He loves the woodgrain, size, and compartment features. The valet has not shown scratch, it isn't creaky, doesn't rock. It is a stable piexe of furniture to help him stay organized. Buy it!

A so-so effort
An OK but slightly underwhelming product.- Ease of assembly: 4 stars. Takes less than 15 minutes. Instructions are clear. Have a Phillips screwdriver handy; the manufacturer supplies the other tool (a hex wrench).- Material quality: 2 stars. A cut below Ikea. During assembly, you're supposed to rest the large wooden tray face-down on the floor. The finish promptly scratched on my clean hardwood floor. I should have used a rug or a towel. The jacket-hanger portion of my valet stand has an ugly rectangular stain or rub mark -- not caused by me, that's how it came out of the box. Packing materials are adequate but bush-league. Poorly and lovelessly wrapped in some third-world country, using a bewildering array of cardboard, thin paper, styrofoam, plastic, and tape.- Condition: 3 stars. See above. In my case, all the wood, especially the side slats, was covered in fine dust, probably sawdust. Easy enough to wipe clean with a moist towel -- but I shouldn't have to.- Stability: 3 stars. It's sort of all right, but this valet stand doesn't take much of an accidental push to knock it over. I've semi-wedged the horizontal rear feet under the baseboard radiator of my bedroom, to reduce that risk.- Utility: 3 stars. It works. It looks fine from a distance. But: the bar that holds the pants is relatively low to the ground. You can fold them over as intended, but if you allow the fold to be high up, the pant legs will touch the floor or even drape across it. (I'm of average height, by the way.) Making the fold some 8 to 10 inches from the top of your trousers should be the answer, except that if they're lightweight pants with a more or less substantial belt, the weight of the belt will cause the pants to slide down onto the floor. Some kind of rubberized material on the top of the bar would've helped. The bar isn't open on one side, so you have the lift the pants and guide the bottom of the legs through the U-shaped (rather than L-shaped) contraption. It'll do, but it's not as convenient as the alternative.Value: 2 stars. I wouldn't have paid this much for it in a brick-and-mortar store -- got fooled by the Amazon photo. Up-close, the materials look like they cost maybe 10 bucks, if that. $30 to $40 would be a fair retail value. 70 bucks is a steal, but for the wrong party -- not you.Side note: The Amazon description mentions an "accessories drawer." There is none. Just the tray you see in the picture.Anyway, considering the hassle of disassembly and repacking and arranging for a return, I'll keep it, but I wouldn't buy this thing again. No worries, I'll live -- after all, you Winsome, you lose some...
