I started taking this lysine supplement as soon as I noticed the early signs of a cold sore, and honestly it worked like magic. It really helped stop it from getting worse. Good product which helped my wife with her canker sores but she has trouble swallowing it. We cut it in half but the jagged edge at the cut was also difficult for her to swallow. She moved on to capsules with another brand.

L-Lysine is one of the best supplements for stubborn acne. By no means is it a miracle, but it helps my skin heal so fast, and it helps it stay clear (as long as I have it and remember to take it!) I mean, look at my skin. The first pictures are after and the others are before. Its a wild difference and to be honest, my acne can actually get a lot worse. I also get cold sores a lot, from weather, stomach upsets, etc... and it is amazing for keeping those away. I haven't had one in 2 years when I used to multiple times a year. I highly recommend for acne, cystic acne, and cold sores!

Thugh the tablet is big in size but it easily goes..... Super technology... It's totally different quality... When I consume I feel really good and great 👍👍👍👍
