is this real 1350CFM?

The correct CFM is 350. This is an error on the Amazon site.

How is this model different from the 655704 model? They appear identical except that the 655704 has two outlets on it, but this one costs more.

Well, they aren't identical at all, the have different look. The st-310A has wider side intake grills, allowing the maximum amount of air flowing in and pushing it out of a bigger snout, which covers a longer area. But the Stanley 655704 feels more rugged and really heavy duty compared to the st-310A.

Why is this blower fan overpriced? It has the same cfm (350) than the Stanley 655704 and comes with one less outlet.

How much does this vibrate? Im considering using it to move cool down a hallway into my bedroom and will meed to have it on a tv tray type stand

You have to hire an ISO 9000 inspector to calibrate and make sure that any surface you put this thing on is within .0003" flatness and must be able to support 10,000lbs. OSHA must be present for any power ups but fan can be turned off without risk to injury by a certified electrician.
