Why did you pick this product vs others?:Chose this after reading that best oils came from Morraco & the reviews. Took a chance, as this was more pricey, but this is the best olive oil I’ve ever tasted! I use it on everything, as the flavor is so mildly buttery/very slight pepper aftertaste & a thinner consistency that makes it perfect to take shots of, as some me do. Def worth the spend.

It left nice peppery back notes and a genuine olive oil flavor. I love this oil.

This one is great for salad dressings, pasta sauces and general cooking. It's a bit bitter (to my taste at least) for drinking straight. The same company's ATLAS brand is much better for that use.

This easy-pour spout bottle and the oil is SO GOOD that it may be addictive for people who love to cook often and use lots of olive oil.
