This product is a fail on several levels. I returned it because it failed to connect to my network, attempting both auto scan and manual setup.My intention was to use it with Google Home, and note that I had already successfully installed a smart bulb of a different brand (GE). In order to accomplish it with Lohan, you have to use not one but two apps, unlike the GE. First, you have to install the Lohan the app and setup the bulb, and only then can you attach it to Google Home. Just what I want -- granting app permissions to some company in China I never heard of.At any rate, I never got to the second stage because Lohan app never got the bulb attached to my network. Their product apparently doesn't work with WPS feature on the router -- you have to manually enter the password. It doesn't save it in the app or even let you copy it in -- I had to reenter a long password for every retry. Another thing that got my goat: I remember a ruckus in the tech press about the reset sequence for GE bulbs, but this one is no different. A bulb only has one signal--on and off--so that's the only way you can talk to it until it's attached to an app.Too much complexity for a damn light bulb. Returning it and probably going back to GE.

We purchased these LOHAS A19 WiFi Tunable White 2000-6500K LED Bulbs for a room that faces the front of our house. We wanted the convenience of being able to turn the lights on from remote locations for security purposes and for help when entering a dark house. We found the bulbs to be more than adequately bright, and easy to install with Alexa. In fact, the integration with the Alexa app allows for both lights to be operated with the same voice command. We simply combined the bulbs by naming them the same in the app. This allowed us to delete the LOHAS app that is needed for the initial installation. Overall, this was a very simple installation.

The Tuya app is the one to use to set these bulbs up. You screw them in, flip the switch on, then flip the bulb on and off three times in a row. Wait a second and the bulb will flash rapidly. Then connect in in the Tuya app. After set up here add it in Alexa. You can then delete the Tuya app. This bulb is basic and is dimmable form 1 to 100%. It has have temperature or color settings. Warm white which really yellow like a old bug light. Soft white again heavy yellow tint. White, very warm. Daylight white nice normal color and Cool white which has a blue tint. A good value in that you get two bulbs in the package for less than the price of a single bulb with other brands.

These work exactly as advertised. Had some difficulty getting them initially connected to my network but they work.Pros-Inexpensive, easy to use app, very configurable brightness and temperature settings.Cons-No Apple HomeKit compatibility, no iPad app, can be difficult to get quickly setup

The light bulbs were a little difficult to setup.At first they wouldn't seem to connect in the standard mode or AP mode but that was when I was far from my router. Setting up the lights near the router fixed the issue. Bringing them back to my room away from the router they are still very responsive and have stayed in sync very well. The brightness is alright for the warmer colors however the whiter lights have a very nice brightness. The only complaint would be there is noticable humming noise coming from the lights when they are on, however it is easily drowned out by a TV, radio or computer audio.

We replaced a ceiling fan with a light switch and it turned out we had no switch to turn it on and off. These made it possible for the light to be function. Alexa recognizes these easily.

I had to down load their app. I’m still waiting for my verification code to set it up.
