would this hose do to connect to a karcher washer machine ? thanks .

I am not sure it would take any pressure if it's to feed soap it will probably be ok

What is the internal diameter of the hose?

Inner Diameter: 4mm. Outer Diameter: 7mm.

There are no holes in this hose. Just a small diameter rubber hose. This is the type you use for watering pots etc on a timer where the hose is cut into sections and fittings fitted at the cut points to allow you to water lots of individual pots when the water is turned

Please clarify "It comes as a thin pipe and connectors to attach to a standard hose." Does the product come with the connector?

Just the pipe, I’m afraid. You may be better off looking at one of the the alternatives which come as kits complete with connectors both for fitting to a 1/2 inch tap/hose and for customising the layout for your planned irrigation system.
